The Wanderreiterhof Kern estate is located in a tranquil countryside with woods and meadows, three kilometres outside the village.

You can still have a magical holiday riding along the riding trails (560 km) of the Mühlviertler Alm – and guests who bring their own horses are able to stay in special log cabins with stables and a paddock.
Horses are available for hire in our riding school for riding with the correct posture, English trotting and long rein work.

In a peaceful picturesque countryside at the foot of the Böhmerwald mountains, there is our sports guesthouse with a panoramic view and a riding stable. The family-run guesthouse offers everything for guests who go in for sports or simply seek relaxation and recreation.

This riding stable is ideal for guests who want to improve their performance. The Reiterhof Stöglehner estate offers lessons in dressage, show jumping and eventing. For beginners there are extremely sweet-tempered horses. Be it on ponies, crossbred or thoroughbred horses: riders are offered wonderful trails and meadows on our 12,000 square metre land.

This estate boasts a family-friendly atmosphere in its own farm and guesthouse as well as sunny and comfortable rooms with phone and cable TV. The guesthouse is situated peacefully on the vast estate at the foot of Altpernstein castle, in a wide and sunny valley at the gateway to Kalkalpen national park.

The Landhotel Kleebauer is a 700 years old farm that was turned into a romantic and comfortable hotel and awarded several tourism prizes.

This 600 years old guesthouse with its long tradition was turned into a beautiful, charming and family-run hotel with cosy parlours. The hotel offers an attractive animation programme as well as a bowling alley, a shooting stand and nearby tennis courts. The main part, however, is played by the horses: Weererwirt is very successful in training riding and carriage horses.
