Western riding

The Wanderreiterhof Kern estate is located in a tranquil countryside with woods and meadows, three kilometres outside the village.

This equestrian club with its cosy and private atmosphere is situated amidst a wonderful garden at the foot of Pinzgauer Grasberge mountains in the hiking and skiing circus of Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

A wellness oasis The “Dolomite Bath” with its fantastic herbal and Finnish sauna, Roman steam bath, infrared cabin, Kneipp pool, fun showers, large rest and relaxation area on the lawn for sunbathing, whirlpool, family and kiddies pool (35°C) and solarium.

You can still have a magical holiday riding along the riding trails (560 km) of the Mühlviertler Alm – and guests who bring their own horses are able to stay in special log cabins with stables and a paddock.
Horses are available for hire in our riding school for riding with the correct posture, English trotting and long rein work.

Our hotel is in summer as well as wintertime the perfect starting point for your sports activities:
horse riding, bicycle rides, hiking, skiing, snow shoe tours, cross-country-skiing and bob runs.
